ENFORCING THE LAW FOR EVERYONE
New Hampshire State Representative Eric Schleien:
- Co-sponsored legislation that required the Police Standards and Training Council to revoke the certification of a police officer who was found in the course of duty to have committed perjury, make false statements, or tampered with or fabricated physical evidence during a court case.
- Co-sponsored legislation that requires a supervisory law enforcement officer to arrest another law enforcement officer when the supervisor knows that the law enforcement officer has committed a criminal offense. The bill would have also created a misdemeanor offense if that supervisory law enforcement officer failed to arrest a law enforcement officer under his or her supervision who has committed a crime.
