Co-sponsored legislation that requires a supervisory law enforcement officer to arrest another law enforcement officer when the supervisor knows that the law enforcement officer has committed a criminal offense. The bill would have also created a misdemeanor offense if that supervisory law enforcement officer failed to arrest a law enforcement officer under his or her supervision who has committed a crime.
